In the afternoon of 13 December in the area of Mitzpe Ramon, and other areas of the Negev hail fell and covered with a thin layer of earth. The rains led to flooding of roads in the Judean desert and the Dead sea area. During the evening the police blocked the movement for separate sections on the tracks 222, 40 and 90.
According to 16:30, the heaviest precipitation fell on December 13 in area Zichron ya’akov — about 40 mm. In the region of Yavne dropped about 32 mm of precipitation at Beit-Dagan, 30 mm, Ashdod — 28 mm, Back 20 mm, and the tel Aviv — 18 mm, Arad — 15 mm, near the intersection Negev — 13 mm, Jerusalem — 11 mm.
