Sunday, February 14, near the southern coast of New Zealand occurred an earthquake of magnitude 5.8. Tremors were felt in Wellington and other cities of the country.
Messages on victims and destructions didn’t arrive.
The earthquake epicenter was about 290 km South-West of Wellington. Hearth lies at a depth of 2 km, according to the website emsc-csem.org.
Recall that the previous earthquake around the same area was recorded five days ago.
The most destructive recent earthquake in New Zealand in February 2011. Then in Christchurch killed more than 160 people, including three Israelis.
