Benjamin Netanyahu published in his Facebook video message in which he thanked the government of India for the warm reception.
«This day I am proud to be an Israeli and proud to be the Prime Minister of Israel. We are thrilled by the amazing reception given us by the Prime Minister and the citizens of India. Heart becomes warm when I see tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people with children standing in the streets and cheering the state of Israel,» — said the head of government.
Netanyahu also said that the Indian government has decided not to cancel a deal to purchase the Israeli anti-tank guided missiles Spike.
«After the talks I held with my colleague, Prime Minister Narendra modi, the Indian government informed us that the deal on Spike will take place. This is very important. There is still a lot of transactions,» — said Netanyahu.
