The Jews who emigrated from Russia in the early 90-ies, changed the face of Israeli society and has created a natural Union between our countries, a Union which today has become stronger than before. Open and direct dialogue between us, which is reflected in our frequent meetings and telephone conversations, was and is an integral part of the cooperation between Israel and Russia and contributes to the preservation of the vital interests of our States. I look forward to continue joint work on further strengthening our partnership in the coming years».
