State news Agency of the DPRK issued a statement in which the policy of the American administration called «the Nazism of the twenty-first century.» The reason for this was the campaign slogan of Donald trump, which can be translated as «put America first».
«The American version of Nazism has surpassed the original by the inhumanity, cruelty and chauvinism. Inhuman sanctions have left far behind the siege of Leningrad, and the climate agreement the world is preparing the future worse than death camps,» says the official.
At the beginning of 2017, the U.S. President expressed readiness to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN. However, the ongoing missile tests by North Korea have been reasonably perceived by the new administration as hostile action.
A sharp deterioration in relations occurred after the death of 19 June, the American student Otto Warmbier, shortly before he was released by the authorities of the DPRK. After almost one and a half years in prison the young man was in a coma.
Otto Warmbier was arrested in Korea for stealing a propaganda poster and was sentenced to 15 years in labor camps. North Korean authorities released a prisoner under pressure from the international community after it became known about the catastrophic deterioration of his health.
