Thursday, September 14, on the Yamuna river, in the district of Bagpat in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, sank the big boat, carrying about 60 passengers.
As reported by Press Trust of India (PTI), killed at least 22 people. 10 passengers were rescued. The search for others continues.
Such incidents are not uncommon in India. As a rule, they are the consequence of non-compliance with safety regulations, congestion and carelessness of the crew.
