The TV channel «al Jazeera» quotes the words of Knesset member Oren Hazan reported that he would have demolished the home of Omar al-Abed, who killed three Israelis in Halamish and personally executed him and his family. Maan Agency reports that the European court of justice, the Supreme legal authority of the EU, decided to keep Hamas on list of terrorist organizations. He thereby overturned the lower court’s decision to strike the group from the black list and cancel all sanctions against it. The question of the possible exclusion of the group is now in the jurisdiction of the Council of Europe.
