Peskov: police received 60 calls about bombs in the path of Putin’s motorcade

On Friday, November 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited St. Petersburg, where he took part in a Cultural forum.

As reported the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov, law enforcement agencies received more than 60 calls about reports of bombs planted along the route of the presidential motorcade.

«Received about 60 calls, which reported roughly about 50 explosive devices that were laid in different objects, including along the route of the presidential motorcade and objects near the places that were supposed to visit the President in St. Petersburg», – quoted Peskov RIA Novosti.

The security service did everything possible in this situation, said the press Secretary of the President, adding that the calls did not affect the schedule of Putin.
