The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of construction and Department of land resources held a series of tenders for the scheme «policy Le-mistaken» («price for new settlers»), which will be built more than a thousand housing units.
Unlike conventional tenders for the purchase of land for development, in which the winner is the developer who offers the highest price for the land, in tenders for this scheme, the winner is the one who names the lowest total cost of apartments turnkey in compliance with the required standards of construction.
The possibility of acquisition of apartments in the projects under the scheme «policy Le-mistaken» are the beneficiaries of the Ministry of construction that meet a certain criteria, primarily those who passed military service.
According to the newspaper «Globes», in the framework of the current tenders had sold land in Beit Shemesh (under construction 509 flats), Haifa (405 units) and Ashkelon (161 apartment).
According to the results of the tenders, apartments with an area of 89 sq. m. in Beit Shemesh will be offered at a price 794,6 thousand shekels, the cost of apartments with an area of 109 sq. m. will be 972,2 thousand shekels.
In the Haifa apartment of the same area can be acquired, respectively, over 786 thousand shekels and 962 thousand shekels.
In Ashkelon, the price of apartments with an area of 88 sq. m. will be 608,7 thousand shekels, and apartments with an area of 108 sq. m. – 747,4 thousand shekels.
