The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of construction and Department of land resources held two new tender for the scheme «policy Le-mistaken» («the price for new settlers»).
Unlike conventional tenders for the purchase of land for development, in which the winner is the developer who offers the highest price for the land, in tenders for this scheme, the winner is the one who names the lowest total cost of apartments turnkey in compliance with the required standards of construction.
The possibility of acquisition of apartments in the projects under the scheme «policy Le-mistaken» are the beneficiaries of the Ministry of construction that meet a certain criteria, primarily those who passed military service.
According to the newspaper «Globes», in the current tenders sold land in Nazareth (under construction 509 housing units) and Qiryat Tivon (for the construction of 230 housing units). These apartments will be offered at discounted prices.
In Nazareth construction is planned in the area of the Galil. According to the results of the tender, the average price of apartments with an area of 85 sq. m. will amount to 444 thousand shekels of apartments with an area of 100 sq. m. – 522,8 thousand shekels, and apartments with an area of 120 sq. m. – 627,8 thousand shekels.
In Kiryat Tivon, near the Goal Oranim, apartment 85 sq. m will cost 790,3 thousand shekels, apartment 100 sq. m. – 912,7 thousand shekels, apartment 120 sq. m – 1.076 million shekels.
Prices include VAT. Each apartment in the projects included Parking space and storage room.
In addition, winners of the tender the company will build 242 apartments intended for sale on the open market.
