The Ministry of Finance has published the results of another tender for the construction of apartments at bargain prices in the framework of «the new settler» («Policy Le-Mistaken»).
In Ashkelon, in the new neighborhood IR-Ain in the North-Eastern part of the city, developers sold two plot 328 housing units. 30% of them will be sold on the open market.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the initial price of apartments with an area of 85 square meters will be for participants of the program 797.849 shekels, which is 23% below the market value of similar apartments. Apartment of 100 square meters will cost for beneficiaries from 930.141 shekels (23% below the market price). Starting price of apartments of about 120 square meters will be 1.106.530 NIS (22% below the market price). The discount includes a gift for participants of the program in the amount of 40 thousand shekels.
All apartments in the project have balconies attached to each apartment a Parking place and storage room.
District IR and Jain («City of wine») is placed on the square 4.204 dunums in the North-Eastern part of Ashkelon. In the new district will be built 11.466 housing units. IR a-Ain is located near the city Park, also nearby is the old winery which is next door and gave name to a new district.
