In the framework of «the new settler» («Policy Le-Mistaken»), promoted by the Minister of Finance Moshe Kahlana and Minister of construction Yoav GALANT, was sold building plots in the most sought-after areas of Central Israel – the municipality of Ramat Gan, near the border with tel a-Somera.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the victory in the tender for the purchase of two land plots under construction 397 housing units in the area of Kiryat Chinuch was won by the developers who offered the lowest final price per square meter for buyers: 12.195 12.256 shekels and shekels.
Under the project, 20% of the constructed apartments to be sold on the open market. The remaining apartments will be sold to the participants of the program «Policy Le-Mistaken» at prices 22% below market.
The cost of apartments with an area of 85 square meters for owners of the benefits of the Ministry of construction will be 1.355.474 shekels. Apartment of 100 square meters will be offered at a price 1.569.497 shekels, and apartments with an area of 120 square meters – for the price 1.854.860 shekels. Each apartment in the project included Parking space and storage room.
Designed for construction sites with a total area of 124 dunums located West of the hospital in tel Hashomer and to the South of the street Derech Sheba. In addition to housing, a new district is planned the construction of educational institutions, including the «Tikhon» – the school for high school students.
