Ildar Dading, who reported about tortures in the Segezhskaya penal colony No. 7 at six months was placed in solitary confinement – «cell-type premises (PKT)», reports on Thursday, December 1 edition of «the Media» with reference to the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Karelia Alexander Sharapov.
The human rights activist also added that there for three months identified another convict who now is on treatment.
On November 22 it became known that the Dadina has appointed a disciplinary sanction for fighting with a fellow inmate, and the official representative of the regional UFSIN said that the convict was transferred to solitary confinement, which differs from the punishment cell the more lenient conditions of detention.
Recall that Ildar Dading was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years with punishment serving in a colony of General regime. Dadina was charged with four episodes of participation in inconsistent with the authorities the protests – 6 August, 23 August, 13 September and 5 December 2014, when he and his supporters blocked for a few minutes Myasnitskaya street in Central Moscow. He was arrested on 30 January and 3 February placed under house arrest.
Case Dading became the first criminal case under article 212.1, included in the criminal code in the summer of 2014 and providing for criminal responsibility for four of those convicted under article 20.2 KoAP (violation of an order of the public event).
