ROI Case reports in «Yediot Ahronot» that the attacks on the Parliament building and the mausoleum of the Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in the Iranian capital Tehran killed 13 people. Terrorist group «Islamic state» has claimed responsibility for the attacks in Tehran.

Haaretz: the Government will provide temporary residence permits 200 people from Darfur

Ilan Lior reports in ha’aretz that Israel for the first time provides a temporary residence permit to a large group of African refugees – 200 people from Darfur. This will allow Africans to obtain the right to work, social rights (including public health insurance), as well as the forest-the pace with which they will be able to leave Israel and to return. This status is given for an unlimited period, however, the state may revoke refugee status, if circumstances change.
