«He will not be imprisoned, but must fulfill a number of conditions. Remain on the territory of the Alpes-Maritimes Department, a few times a week to come to the police, to pay bail of five million euros, to surrender his passport and not to contact certain persons, a list of which I can not tell,» said Pratt.
Kerimov is charged with tax evasion and money laundering.
