The London-based Syrian organisation Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that the planes of the Western coalition led by the United States, struck targets in the province of dir AZ-Zour, mainly controlled by Islamic state, killing three soldiers of the regular Syrian army.
A source close to the government of Syria, SOHR reported that as a result of an air strike on a military camp Saaka (near the city of Ayache) were injured 14 people, destroyed army vehicles.
Reuters notes that this is the first time when Western aircraft attacked positions of the Syrian army.

Russian state news Agency RIA Novosti citing a source from the Syrian national militia reported that the air force of the international coalition carried out air strikes on a warehouse of ammunition of the Syrian army in the province of dir AZ-Zour, killing four soldiers of the Syrian army, another 16 were injured. «The strike was caused by warehouse of ammunition of the Syrian army in the province of Deir ez-Zor. Yesterday the Reuters Agency with reference to the SOHR reported that in the area of Raqqa as a result of air strikes carried out by aircraft of the Western coalition, killed at least 32 and injured about 40 militants of the «Islamic state».
