City court of Hanover, Federal state of lower Saxony, approved the decision of the military leadership to remove from military service a native of Afghanistan, who denied Israel’s right to exist and supported the terrorist group Hamas.

The defendant denied the allegations of anti-Israeli and anti-American views, and said that he is a Shia and good to the representatives of all other religions and faiths.
However, the Hanover court found no reason to doubt the MAD decision and sentenced the defendant to pay court costs in the amount of € 7.600.
