Earlier in the day, the leadership of the Islamic revolutionary guard Corps (IRGC), an elite Iranian military-political formation, created in 1979, supporters of Ayatollah Khomeini, blamed for a double bombing in Tehran for their main enemies – the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.
The article notes that the attacks were carried out two weeks after the visit of the President of the United States Donald trump in Riyadh, during which the decision was made to isolate Iran.
The number of dead in attacks on Parliament building and the mausoleum of the Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini is to date 12 people, the other 43 received injuries of varying severity.
Terrorist group «Islamic state» has claimed responsibility for the attacks in Tehran.
