The Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmad Aboul Gheit commented on the statement of U.S. President Donald trump, who said that the principle of two States is not a necessary condition of the Palestinian-Israeli settlement.
«Peaceful settlement in the middle East is possible only with the implementation of the principle of «Two States for two peoples.» A Palestinian state should be established on all territories occupied in 1967, and its capital will be East Jerusalem,» he said.
Condemning the American President addressed the EU leadership and the Palestinian national authority accused the U.S. of capitulating to the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu.
And only Knesset member from the United Arab list and Ahmed Tibi said that if there will be a single bi-national th state, the Arabs will become a majority. He said he intends to fight for the post of Prime Minister, and confident of victory.
