The Arab League will hold next Monday, June 12, an emergency meeting devoted to strengthening ties between Israel and African countries.
The meeting was convened at the insistence of the Palestinian authority against the background of the visit of the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu to Liberia, where he took part in the summit of the West African countries (ECOWAS).
The king of Morocco Muhammad VI, also gathered to take part in the summit at the last moment refused to fly to Liberia due to the presence of the Israeli leader.
The concern of the Palestinians is also scheduled for October in Fact, the Israeli-African summit, according to the portal NRG.
The Ambassador of the Palestinian authority in the Arab League Jamal al-Shoubaki reminded that the League adopted a resolution on cooperation with the African Union, aimed at avoiding the improvement of Israel’s relations with African countries.
