The court of appeals of the 4th district in Virginia has deemed it appropriate to maintain a temporary ban on the execution of the decree of Donald trump about the refusal to grant entry visas for citizens of the six Muslim countries.
The appeal was filed by the Ministry of justice. However, the reasons given by the administration to trump, did not convince the judges that «the need for a ban dictated by considerations of national security.»
The judges agreed that citizens of Muslim countries (in the decree lists six countries: Iran, Libya, and Somalia. Sudan, Syria and Yemen) in the event of the entry of the decree will be irreparably damaged.
The court of appeal upheld the decisions of lower courts, which suspended the decree.
