The Danish inventor Peter Madsen, owner of a private submarine «Nautilus», earlier confessed to the dismemberment of the body Swedish journalist Kim wall, told the court about his innocence, reports the BBC.
Madsen denies that dismembered the girl’s body and threw the remains into the sea, but claims that the death of the journalist was caused by an accident.

However, the police to Madsen did not believe, and on 14 August he faced preliminary charges of murder and sent to jail.
In late August, the divers found in the sea the remains of a woman and also clothes and a knife, and later saw that the offender dismembered the victim’s body. In early December the government announced that Madsen was a psychiatric examination and was declared capable of taking responsibility for their actions.
