According to the defense Ministry, the main consumer of this oil is Turkey, where oil is delivered to the industrial masshtaba on live pipelines from thousands of trucks.

The chief of the main operations Directorate of the Russian General staff Sergey rudskoy said that the defense Ministry has identified three major routes of transportation of oil from Syria and Iraq to Turkish territory, Interfax reports.
According to Rudskoy, the Western route leads to the Turkish ports on the Mediterranean coast, the Northern route to a refinery in Turkey, and East to a major transshipment base in the settlement Cizre, according to «Rossiyskaya Gazeta».
On Tuesday, Dmitry Peskov, press Secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said during a press conference that the Kremlin refuses to present evidence to the earlier accusations against Turkey.
«This is not a new statement. In this case, the key is to have information and use it in the work, which is focused mostly on proving something, and the fight against terrorism,» said the spokesman, being from further review.
We will remind that on the eve of Putin said, speaking at the climate summit of the EU in Paris, the incident with the downed Russian bomber su-24 is directly connected with the delivery to Turkey of oil from ISIS-controlled regions in Syria.
According to the Russian leader, Moscow obtained additional data confirming that the oil from the oil fields controlled by ISIS, «on an industrial scale flows to Turkey». Putin is convinced that Ankara thus funding terrorists, but «protection of the Turkomans is just an excuse».
In response, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he was ready to resign if allegations are proved. «The U.S. Treasury reported that one of those who buys the «Islamic state» oil –the citizen of Russia and Syria. Let first answer this. And I ask the esteemed Mr Putin, whether he would remain in this case in power?» – added the Turkish leader.
Earlier, the Minister of information of Syria, Omran Al-zoubi suggested that Turkey had shot down a Russian su-24 in response to the destruction of hundreds of tankers which carried oil from territories controlled by ISIS, in Turkey – for the company of the son of the Turkish President.
