The Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation on Wednesday, may 31, announced that a special Committee has finished investigation of accident of plane Tu-154 near the shores of Sochi and announced the results.
«The investigation established that the cause of the incident could be a violation of spatial orientation (situational awareness) the aircraft commander that led to his erroneous actions with the controls of the aircraft», – quotes the message of the Russian defense Ministry to RIA Novosti.
The Commission found no «violations of existing requirements relating to the Seating of passengers in the cabin of the Tu-154, as well as loading and balance of cargo whose weight was 150 pounds.»
«Also, there are no violations of the rules of fuel at the airport of Sochi and the impact of external factors», – is spoken in the message.
The Tu-154 Russian defense Ministry on their way to Syria, crashed 25 December 2016. The disaster killed 92 people: crew members, actors of the Academic song and dance ensemble of the Russian army Alexandrov, journalists and Director of the international public organization «Fair help» Elizabeth Glinka («Doctor Lisa»).
