The European court of human rights has recognised the poor conditions in prison Temirlan eskerhanova, convicted for the murder of Boris Nemtsov and ordered Russia to pay Eskerhanova compensation in the amount of 6 thousand euros.
The decision was published on the website of the ECHR.
Eskerkhanov and other defendants in the case about the murder of Nemtsov complained to the court on conditions of detention in Moscow remand prison and during transport.
In the course of pre-trial settlement between the Eskerhanova the Russian authorities and agreed on payment Eskerhanova 6 thousand euros. To such agreement, the authorities also came with brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubarevym, agreeing to pay 6.5 thousand euros.
Recall that the direct executor of murder of opposition leader Boris Nemtsov was recognized as a native of Chechnya, Zaur Dadaev. He was sentenced to 20 years in a strict regime. Four accomplices Dadaeva — brothers Gubarevich, Khamzat Bagaeva and Temirlan eskerhanova were sentenced to prison terms ranging from 11 to 19 years.
