Emergency Council of the elders of the village Mrar decided to boycott all who sell Muslims land, owned by members of the Druze community. This writes the website of NRG.
The reason for the emergency meeting of the elders was the concern about the fact that in recent years, hundreds of dunums of land that belonged to the families of the Druze, was sold to the Arabs of Umm El Fahm, Sakhnin, Arraba. This, according to elders, can lead to the disruption of the existing balance in the village, where there is always about 60% Druze, 20% Christian Arabs and 20% Arab Muslims.
In the Druze community believe that the purchase of land is the Islamic movement.
