The Minister of sports of France Laura Flessel said that France will refuse to participate in the Olympics in 2018 if it does not receive security guarantees, according to Reuters.
She said that if the crisis worsened, the French athletes will not go to Pyeongchang.
The Minister added that the decision to participate in the Olympics will be made after consultation with the foreign Ministry of France.
Earlier, the head of the IOC Thomas Bach said that there is no threat.
