On Tuesday, September 5, the President of the International Committee of the red cross Peter Maurer visited Gaza and met with head of the Hamas government by John Sanwara.
During the meeting, the ICRC President called a «very tragic» situation in which the population of Gaza. He assured that his organization will continue to provide medical assistance to the needy, reports the Palestinian news Agency Maan.
The publication also said that Maurer asked Sanwara to provide him with the opportunity to meet with the missing Israeli soldiers that can be in the Gas.
