The head of the security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak, referring to the head of the Federal security service of Russia (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov, has accused Russian secret services of organizing terrorist acts on the territory of Ukraine.
«I appeal to you as an officer to the officer. Even in war there are rules that you cannot pass the security officers,» said Hrytsak, the TV channel «Live» (hosted by Yevgeny Kiselev).
According to him, the terrorist attacks in Ukrainian Odessa, Kharkiv, Kherson and other cities involved employees of the security services. Also the head of the Ukrainian Ministry said that Russia is seeking a pretext to launch full-scale military operation on the territory of Ukraine, reports RIA Novosti.
