The Ministry of construction has published the data testifying to the continued growth of housing prices in Israel.
According to the Ministry of construction in 2015 of apartments in the primary and secondary markets rose on average by 6.2%. On the secondary market, the price increase amounted to 7.1%, according to the newspaper «Globes».
As the newspaper notes, the leaders in annual growth in prices of steel Kiryat Malachi, where it was 31%, Akko (18,8%), and Kiryat gat (18.3 per cent). The most significant decrease of prices was recorded in Ramat and Sharon (and 13.8%) and Givatayim (-9%).
Recall that in 2014, housing in Israel has risen by 3.5% compared with 2013.
