For the first time, the MoE recommended that school administration and teachers to take part in the organization of private parties on the occasion of graduation that prepare the graduates themselves and their parents.
In the explanation to the user it is noted that in 2002 the General Director of the Ministry of education recommended not to combine formal evening, devoted to finishing school, so called «prom», which was prepared by the students themselves and their parents. Thus, the students themselves chose the venue for your party, collected money to carry it out, took care of refreshments and the evening’s program.
However, this year the specialists of the Ministry of education concluded that teachers should not stand aside from training and private parties. According to the new regulations, representatives of the teaching staff should meet with students and parents responsible for the preparation of the ball, in order to discuss with them how and where he will go. This is necessary in order to help students to choose a suitable place for the party.
Teachers are encouraged to intervene in the process of collecting money for «graduation» to prevent a situation when some students are forced to refuse participation in the evening because of the cost.
Also the teachers have to hold a conversation with alumni about the culture of parties, drinking, drugs and Smoking.
