From the next academic year the Ministry of education introduces new rules for the issuance of licenses to non-state schools and kindergartens, recognized Agency. These schools will receive licenses for a period of five years. Until now, they had to renew licenses each year, according to the MoE on Tuesday, July 18.
The new rules are designed to facilitate the bureaucratic procedures for owners of educational institutions, which annually had to fill out numerous forms for obtaining a license. There were many cases, when schools and kindergartens do not have time to obtain a permit prior to the beginning of the school year and because of this lost funding.
The Ministry of education also hope that now these institutions will be able to better focus on educational and financial matters, and to ensure stable employment for teachers.
The new rules will also encourage the owners of educational institutions to better monitor the condition of the buildings where they are located.
