The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of construction and Department of land resources held a tender for the construction of housing in Mevaseret Zion and Ashkelon in the framework of «the new settler» («Policy Le-Mistaken»).
As the press service of the Ministry of Finance, in Ashkelon, was sold land for construction of 56 apartments in the area And Has located in the North-Western part of the city near the Mediterranean coast. The apartments will be sold to beneficiaries at prices at 32-33% below market.
Starting price of the apartments of 80 sqm will be 692.869 shekels, apartments with an area of 100 sq. m. – from 859,430 shekels, and apartments with an area of 110 sq. m. – from 942.711 shekels.
District A-is Sick, or and IR-Yamim, bordered by a nature reserve from the North, from the Mediterranean sea to the West and with the barnea neighborhood Gimel from the South. It takes 264,8 dunams and includes 716 housing units. In addition to residential homes, it provides commercial spaces, public buildings and hotels, as well as pedestrian boulevards, viewing platforms and cycle tracks.
In Mevaseret Zion was sold land for construction of 156 housing units, whose rates for participants of the program «Policy Le-Mistaken» will be 22% below market. Apartment 85 sq. m will cost between NIS 1.209.345, apartment 100 sq. m. – from 1.394.658 shekels, apartment 110 sq. m. – from 1.518.166 shekels.
