The company «Almog bnia the ve-Ascot» won the tender for the construction of housing in Netanya designed for participants of the program «the new settler» («Policy Le-Mistaken»).
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the tender involves the construction of 212 apartments in a new residential area Agam. Families eligible for a benefit under the project, will be able to buy them at 15% below the market price.
The initial price of the apartment area of 85 square meters in the project will be 1.058.784 of the shekel, which is 184 thousand shekels less than the estimated cost of similar apartments on the open market. Apartment of 100 square meters will cost the beneficiaries in 1.226.667 shekels that 213 thousand shekels less than the estimated cost of similar apartments on the open market. The apartment is about 120 square meters will cost NIS 1.450.512 that 252 thousand shekels lower than the prices on the free market.
According to the tender, the cost per square metre of flats was not to exceed 9.600 shekels. «Almog bnia the ve-Ascot» bid 9.566 shekels per square meter.
Only in the district of Agam will be built at home at 1.353 housing units on a plot area of 91 dunam. The area is located West of prospect Ben-Zvi and East of highway 2 to the Haifa – tel Aviv to South of the district of Kiryat Nordau and to the North of the district of Dora. Besides homes, the neighborhood will be built a shopping Plaza, gas station, social housing «diyur Mugan» and public buildings.
