The pensioner, who sent a letter to Putin with balloons, sentenced to a fine

In the recording of the video message was attended by 13 residents of Tomsk. The message was sent to Putin by means of balloons, as, in the opinion of the protesters, «the normal method of writing to the President do not reach.»

The court accused Sergio under article 20.2. Administrative code «violation of the established procedure of organizing or holding meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches or picketing». The other accused in the case, 70-year-old Yekaterina Gavrilina directly from the courtroom was taken away by ambulance to the hospital.
