Three of the LGBT Association filed a complaint with the international criminal court in the Hague to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, whom they accused of persecution of gays, said on Tuesday, may 16, the website of the TV channel «Rain» with reference to the human rights organization Stop homophobie.
