The results of the report, presented yesterday by police in the canadian city of Toronto, showed an increase of 8% in the number of crimes committed by hate – from 134 in 2015 to 145 in 2016.
30% of them directed against Jews. They are committed by Muslims, blacks and activists of the LGBT community, wrote on Tuesday, March 21, the Jewish news Agency JTA.
The report noted that the number of crimes motivated by religious hatred is 46% of the total – a record number for the last 10 years.
Among the perpetrators of these crimes, the vast majority are men aged 18 to 40 years.

It is curious that the year 2016 on suspicion of committing these crimes was arrested just 11 people, in 2015, there were 19.
