The Prime Minister of Romania issued a vote of no confidence

The Romanian Parliament passed a vote of no confidence in the government headed by Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu, occupying the post of Prime Minister since January of this year, reports the BBC.

The proposal for making the government a vote of no confidence came from the ruling Social democratic party of Romania. The deputies of this party said that Grindeanu failed to implement the political course of the party.

Grindeanu himself has repeatedly stated that it is trying to shift the supporters of his party – Liviu Dragnea, who is the leader of the Social democratic party of Romania, however, cannot occupy the post of Prime Minister, because in 2016, was convicted of election fraud.
