Fatou Bensouda said her office is negotiating with the Israeli side and exchanges information. According to her, Israel provides the findings of an investigation of suspected war crimes against Palestinians during anti-terrorist operation «Indestructible rock» in the Gaza strip in 2014.
An Israeli source told Reuters that Jerusalem cooperates with the ICC on «procedural issues,» but did not give any further explanation.
Earlier, the Israeli government refused any form of cooperation with the ICC in the investigation of suspected war crimes.
