The head of the Palestinian-Israeli branch of the organization Human Rights Watch Omar Shakir was unable to travel to Bahrain, where he was to take part in the Congress of FIFA.
Shakir possessing American citizenship, he hoped to obtain a visa on arrival at the international airport of Manama. However, the guards detained him, prohibiting entry into the country.
