The Bank of Israel reports that on Friday, December 4, currency trading resulted in a depreciation of the US dollar against the Israeli shekel. The Euro, however, has greatly increased.
The dollar fell on 0,772% and amounted to 3,857 NIS for $1. The Euro rose to 2,305% to 4,195 NIS for €1.
November 23 monetary Commission under the leadership of the head of the Central Bank of Karnit Flug decided to leave the interest rate for December unchanged. The discount rate next month will be at the level of 0.1%.
