The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov held talks with his Qatari counterpart Mohammad bin Abdurahman al-Thani, according to RIA Novosti.
Lavrov said that Moscow was concerned to respond to the worsening situation and the gap some Arab countries have diplomatic relations with Doha. The Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation noted that Russia stands for, «that any conflict has been resolved at the negotiating table by mutually respectful, equal dialogue».
According to Lavrov, «Moscow does not interfere in the Affairs of other States or their bilateral relations with third countries», but concerned at the deterioration of relations between their partners.
