Ended the evacuation of opposition fighters from the Syrian city of HOMS. Under the terms of the armistice, cificity and their families were transported to the controlled by opponents of the regime territory.
The evacuation took place under the supervision of Russia, which acted as the guarantor of compliance with the agreements. The city left 700 fighters and about 3,000 civilians.
Thus, the Syrian government established full control over the city, the battle which lasted for several years. Previously, as a result of such agreements, the militants left the outskirts of Damascus and Aleppo.
