25-year-old Ghanaian striker Mohammed Sumaila agreed to move to Turkish club «Jorunalism» for 10 liters of olive oil, reports The Sun.
It is worth noting that the footballer will play for this village club in the same tournament.
Next season he will play for the team «Kutia».
Ganz stands in Turkey since 2012. He played for clubs in the lower leagues «Didim Belediye», «Dash 1922 Spor», «Torbalispor», «Ortak Belediye».
The striker said: «I spent five years playing in the Turkish Amateur teams. I joined «Jorunalism» to participate in the same tournament, which will be held in Sochi. I was invited by a former teammate Tayfun Ibaraki. I don’t get money for this competition. But local farmers have offered me 10 litres of olive oil that is produced in their village. I agreed.»
