The attack in the city of Diyarbakir in southeastern Turkey, killing seven police officers, 27 people, including 13 policemen, were injured. This was reported by representatives of local authorities, reports news Agency AP.
According to the report, on Thursday, 31 March, near the minibus carrying policemen exploded a car bomb.
So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Turkish police believe that behind them are the militants of the Kurdistan workers party.
A few days ago, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that after the break in July 2015 the agreement on the ceasefire with the Kurdistan workers party, the Turkish army destroyed 5.359 Kurdish militants.
Speaking to students of the military Academy, Erdogan said that the fight against terrorists killed 355 military, police and representatives of the local self-defense forces.
