The Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu has described as a provocation the incident, which occurred during the passage through the Bosporus Strait the Russian landing ship «Caesar Kunikov». One of the soldiers was holding a portable anti-aircraft missile system.
