Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro says it will not accept the crushing victory of the opposition in the elections and promises to continue to deepen and broaden socialist revolution, writes on 9 December, news Agency The Associated Press.
This statement was made in the night of Wednesday, in his speech from the podium of the mausoleum of the late Hugo Chavez. Maduro claimed that will fight against Congress set new goals and will not allow his promised the release of political prisoners.
Maduro also intends to «shake up» the government and to form an administration able to implement revolutionary projects in an optimal way.
Recall that last Sunday the oppositional Block «democratic unity» (BDE) received bolshinstvo votes in the parliamentary elections in Venezuela: the heirs of Hugo chávez from the United socialist party of Venezuela (ESIT), headed by Nicolas Maduro, gets only 46 seats in the Parliament of 167, and the winners receive not less than 99 seats. 16 more seats remain Unallocated.
