Monday, February 12, the district court in tel Aviv recognized the 39-year-old resident of Haifa Vyacheslav Richline guilty of premeditated murder of Philip Becker.
Raikhlin also found guilty of arson, blackmail, threats and use of force, fraud under aggravating circumstances, using false document and hindering the investigation.
Wine Richline was recognized in the pre-trial deal after the mediation process in the reconciliation with the participation of the family of the deceased.
The crime was committed July 22, 2017, on Bugrashov street in tel Aviv.
According to the indictment, Raikhlin strangled Becker towel. He then robbed and set fire to his apartment.
According to investigators, the men were in an intimate relationship. The motive for the murder was the refusal of Baker to pay for sex.
